Save the Date: EFW Introduces a New Event!

The EFW is pleased to announce a new fundraising event which will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013. It is the "Black and White Catered Affair" being held at the Crown Plaza and will feature the music of Swing Noveau.

2011-2012 Early Release Bowling a Success

Thanks to everyone who came out to the AMF Bowlero in support of Early Release Bowling. The EFW raised over $1700 during the 2011 - 2012 school year. Early Release Bowling will begin again in September.

EFW Grants In Action - Gallery 114 Now Open at West

Thursday, October 6th, was the Grand Opening of Gallery 114. The gallery was certainly dressed for the occasion, with its numerous festive balloons. A large red ribbon separated the main area of the gallery from the library.

Bowling Kick-off Party Huge Success!

Saturday, September 24th, almost 200 students and their families laced up their bowling shoes for the EFW bowling party. The event was a kick-off to Early Release Bowling at the AMF Bowlero on Burleigh. Every Wednesday during the school year, you can take advantage of a great bowling deal that benefits the EFW. For only $4 per bowler, you get shoe rental and unlimited bowling from 2:30-4:00 and $2 will be donated to the EFW.

Thanks to all the families who joined our event this weekend. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesdays all school year!

Please join us in opening the new student run art gallery at Wauwatosa West. Gallery 114 was a 2011 EFW grant recipient, and was also made possible through the generous support of West Principal Frank Calarco, and the Kissinger Family.

Gallery opening night is Thursday, October 6th from 5:30 - 7
Gallery 114 is located in the Wauwatosa West Library
